Hi all,

In near future it could be possible for me to sell some of my images to a company located not in my home country.

So it would be good to have a contract text written in English language that I can modify to my needs.

Can anybody of you provide me with one or more contract templates or give me some hints where to download such templates?
Google search was not successfully up to now, maybe because I'm not able to search with the needed keywords.

Thank you Lars. The intellectual property part is important and useful.

But primarily I'm looking for sales contract templates.

Maybe some of the professionals here who sell images frequently can help :-)

Sounds like a good idea, a proper contract.. I should definitely have something better than what I use to send. A few lines on the invoice about what use it is sold for.
I'll have a look to see if I can find a contract made by the customers representative for a picture to Chicago Field Museum. A very serious contract that definitely secures them more than me..
