Are you trying to sell them (I'm not sure 1x is the place) or just want information on those lenses? And if so, what are you looking for?

Feel sorry for you Marie.
Toutes mes condoléances.

The material you have for sale is great.

I think it has much more "value" than its selling price (because of the drop in price of analog+manual gear).
Nikon FM2 is one of the best 35mm camera of its genre (i.e. analog manual focus). Die hard cast and with shutter being able to work at all speed (down to 1/4000) without battery.
And most lenses you list are fantastic ones. For the manual lenses check out if they are AI or (more probably) AIS.
(I think that AIS have the smaller aperture graved in orange but I may be wrong)

Note that all lenses are able to work with the latest digital nikon camera (nikon mount is downward compatible, unlike most other brands)

hopes it helps.

Richard Ford indicates several time a website that has lots of details on many camera and lenses
Do not have the link here bit I am sure it will be provided.

My condolence, Marie!

Regarding the gear, like Jacques said - you have some great stuff there. The FM2 is one of Nikon's classics and is still an excellent film camera. A couple of weeks ago I decided to go the analogue way, too and got an FE-2 in addition to my D700. But the FM-2 was also high on my list. If the 28/2.8 is an Ai-S one (shutter numbers coloured) and the closest focusing distance on the scale is 0.2 meters, this is a great lens, too! If I was you I would either keep the gear and use it (film photography is a wonderful experience) or keep it as collector items as the value might increase.

Thank you for your time. I really appreciate, and I remember two or three photos of yours (especially "the escape" -I think)

On the lens 28 mm it is just written what I mentioned. and "made in japan" it has two rings
on one it is written the numbers from 2.8 to 22
and on the other 0.2 to infinity (m)

Jacques, Thank you for your time as well.
I will check on the link you gave on the thread.
Thank you.

I did not know about the lenses working on digital as well.

The 28 AIS 2.8 is Nikon's sharpest wide angle lens and a bit of an anomaly. 8 elements in 8 groups. It is razor sharp and also close focuses like crazy. They are meant to be made new still but no one has them in stock and their used price is raising quickly on ebay.

They will be a collectors lens soon I feel. I paid 400 USD for a mint second hand one a year ago.

Whoever put the kit together knew what were the classic manual lens for clarity, sharpness, same filter size and what not. It is a whose who of manual film Nikkor lenses - sans the AF one.

Black or Chrome camera?

If in good condition, I'd put the whole kit at a bit over 1K USD easily if clean and not beat up.

Thank you Mr. Ford for your time. I appreciate very much.

All lenses and the camera were bought new and I have seen them for years, and used
by one person only. They were like "jewels" for him.

Camera is black one.

I would qualify the whole lot 9.5 to 9.7 out of 10, because they have been used of course.

Thank you very much for your advice.

The for sure well over 1K for the kit....

It looks like a kit put together by a person in love with purity and simplicity - similar to my kit....

Yes, purity and simplicity are the appropriated words :)
Thank you for the help.
