I live in Edinburgh, Scotland. My favourite place to photograph is the north west highlands. The light there is sometimes of a different quality and class than anywhere else Ive known.

Like a lot of folks, I like to photograph trees. I also like to capture moments from my walks in the highlands, and my fishing trips to the rivers and lochs that abound in these parts.

I use a consumer Nikon dSLR and lenses. When time allows, a Bronica SQ series camera provides much nicer quality photos. 6x6 velvia slides are wonderful to behold.
