Paulo Dias was born in 1970 and lives in Lisbon. Had professional training in electronics and worked as a computer technician, in 1999 founded a company specializing in printing maintenance equipment. It has always been a photographer for family photos without great pretensions but he always liked to enjoy the art of photography from other magazines, books and exhibitions. It is only in 2007 that has a touch more serious and ambitious of the art of photography with the purchase of a entry range digital SLR camera. Completely self-taught, is the method of observation and experimentation that has been investigating its self-criticism culminating in a vision of his very own work. The proximity of the Atlantic coast and a daily visual contact with the sea, made the landscape photography has his passion. In 2010 he starts doing workshops on the field about the initiation and use of gradients landscape filters.
