I am a photographer from Maldives and have been in journalism, writing, layout making, and graphic design now for more than ten years.

From the year 2000, when I entered journalism as my profession, I got interested in photo journalism. Then was the time Maldives politics began its journey to democracy. During the time I took photos of the important and significant events in which it includes the historical time when Maldives had the first multiparty election. That time also I have been taking photos from the beautiful surroundings of Maldives at different resorts and the local life of its islands.
