About me
Minutes, hours and days often fly by without my notice. Is it October already? What happened to September? The world outside my window is in perpetual motion and I yearn to be part of every moment.

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, behind a wood laminate desk, my eyes fixed on a computer screen and a smart phone, even during meetings thanks to technology.

Photography, the whole journey of photography, has become my escape from the ordinary and a doorway out into appreciation. My camera is my seeing eye dog, my compass, my time machine, my mirror, my microscope, my art brush. It gives me purpose and direction. It urges me to look beyond and within. It leads me to see and capture those ephemeral moments, discover its values both bitter and sweet, preserve and savor its beauty (perhaps even create my own beauty), and best of all share with others.
