I sometimes wonder how many people on photographic web sites read about the photographer, it's all visual - all about the photographs.
If your passed the first sentence here goes:-
I'm Danny Springgay I live in the North East of England now into my sixty's some will say the Autumn time of one's life - how I see it times running out - get out there and get it done.
I love Photography, I love competitions but sometimes hate some photographic judges, I'm afraid they are a necessary evil like Dentists - now I come to think about getting great comments from some judges is like pulling teeth.
Ix.com a quality site - as time passes by it gets better and better. Some of my thoughts on finding out my latest masterpiece has just been rejected - "Oh dam never mind" "the good people at 1x.com know what they are doing they called it right" "If next doors cat comes into my garden today I will kick it into next week" "who can I hit with this big stick" " why am I crying, I'm not crying men don't cry" .
I hate rejection / criticism like many others I find it harder and harder as I get older is it an age thing.
My thoughts finding out I have a photo published - " I'm the best photographer in the UK- world" "next doors cat in our garden again nice cat" " why have I a big grin on my face I'm just happy to see you my love" "why am I dinking red wine at 8.0 clock in the morning I'm just happy"
Photography - I love the dawn, misty mornings. I love studio work with a good professional model. Street photography great rewards meeting people. Photography takes to places in search of the sumlime.
