I am...a seeker of truth, raw beauty and emotion, life and love, Mother Nature in all her wonder. I am...an artist, my medium is my camera, though I adore medium format I must admit I have come into this craft baring mostly digital cameras. That does not mean I rely on post editing and digital manipulations...my personal work, my definition of Fine Art, is the truth in the moment you capture; I therefore do not believe in compromising the truth and integrity of my own images by significantly rearranging their composition; to me, it no longer becomes photography, but another art form altogether.

I have been working as a photographer for the past two years, always looking to capture the joie de vie, and always reaching out for more...I cannot call myself a professional, I do not wear a suit nor do I abide by a strict set of rules, calling myself a professional would lead to the assumption that I know all I need to know, and I do not believe for a second that I will EVER stop learning from my craft, it is what I love and it is that love that keeps me going.

I am a woman, a mother, a wife and an artist. I believe in the beauty that people and our Earth have to offer, I know it is there and work each day to capture those special, and sometimes monumental moments that create our lives, our history, and our future.
