About me
Born across the ocean, in Martinique, '69, I'm now a landscape photographer in Brittany, a closer western France. I have been here and at this for 15 years, with a 6 years hiatus.

And I love my region.

Around here, provided he's patient and respectful with his subject, from time to time, a landscape photographer can bring back a somewhat satisfying picture. We call this event "photographer's luck". And it is a cause for great rejoice and festivities.

But the truth is that for almost two hundred years, since our ancestors roamed the moors, planting their tents from place to place, heating mercury under silver coated brass plates to reveal daguerreotypes, the lucid practitioner has always known that he could not succeed without a rarely obtained pinch of pixie dust.

Fact is, up to these megapixel days, our so-called "photographer's luck" is nothing but the very secret and hard to trade for local fairies stamp of approval.

The necessary means and transactions it implies are where we have to go silent.
