Enthusiastic amateur at best. I was into photography as a teenager, gave it a fifteen year hiatus, and started doing it again as a way of unwinding and relaxing my mind after the rigours of my professional life began to wear me down. I have a strong interest in using older mechanical cameras (Nikons for the most part), and tend towards the realistic portrayal of subject matter (which is not to say I'm not in awe of what real artists manage to accomplish in the Creative Edit section of this site). Most of what I do I give away as albums and gifts to friends and family - I lack the time to do serious post processing and creative manipulation.
