I have always had a love for light and the tendency to patiently observe and connect with beauty. Combined with my fascination for technology, especially the optical kind, I became a photographer at the age of 13 (12 years ago). Being able to capture the beauty of nature has been a delightful part of my teenage years. For some 5 or 6 years I have been inactive, since last November when I bought a DSLR and revived my passion.

I am really glad that I stumbled upon this website, because although I am quite happy with some of my images, trying to get my work published here really stimulates my creativity! Its so good to see the art of all the members here; the depth of the thoughts behind the pictures and the great variety opens my mind. It opens me to see a structure beyond something that is just pleasing. The bubbling creativity that I feel makes me want to create images that are touching the heart and moving the mind.
