I have recently decided to junk all my DSLR kit and use the iPhone 4S exclusively. I wireless my pictures over to my iPad for processing. No computer. No Photoshop. Just the iPhone and iPad.

I am influenced by the tonality and colour of John Constable, Autochromes, those old Victorian postcards that are often hand-tinted and now are worn and distressed in various manner. I love warm colours, muted colours, rich dark colours and bright highlights that plunge into darkness.

As a personal project all my pictures are about the landscape of Wales, the Mountains of Wales and the Wye Valley. people play a role only at distance and in the ruin they leave behind.
